Diane A. Osborne, ACSW, QCSW, LCSW

Ms. Osborne is a member of the National Association of Social Workers with over twenty-five years’ experience in Social Work. Ms. Osborne undergraduate study was social science and behavioral science with a minor in anthropology and pre-law. She is familiar with diverse cultures after living in Italy and Germany; traveled extensively to places like Mexico, Jamaica, China and is familiar with various therapy styles. Ms. Osborne enjoys working with cognitive behavioral therapy. The population she works best with are couples, or individuals aged twenty-five and above. Ms. Osborne is extremely knowledgeable about military family stressors, deployments, and the challenges of military lifestyle. She works with life transition issues that would impact adjustments, trauma, depression, generalized anxiety, and grief or losses in life.

Ms. Osborne uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), transactional analysis (TA), and solution-focus therapy styles but will adapt her therapy style based on the need and treatment plan for the individual. Ms. Osborne’s personal statement is: Live life each day; tomorrow has no promise, stay present. She is currently accepting new patients after her official start date in early October 2023. Ms. Osborne is in network with Tricare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare.
