Divya Gongireddy, M.D. is double board-certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed both her residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems in Richmond, VA. With a wealth of experience in child psychiatry and a strong background in leadership and clinical expertise, Dr. Gongireddy serves as the Medical Director of Child Psychiatry, overseeing the delivery of comprehensive and compassionate psychiatric services tailored to the unique needs of young individuals.
Dr. Gongireddy specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad spectrum of mental health conditions affecting children and adolescents, including but not limited to ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Gongireddy collaborates closely with patients, their families and other medical, mental health or academic professionals involved in a patient’s care to develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize their well-being and long-term success.
