Following her residency, she pursued a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry in Washington, D.C., honing her skills in addressing the unique mental health needs of young individuals. She further expanded her academic pursuits as an assistant clinical professor at George Washington University, where she dedicated herself to shaping the next generation of psychiatrists.
