Lauri, counseled individuals from 10 years of age to adults, as well as counsel couples and families. She is an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and a strong supporter of equality in all its aspects. She believes everyone is a person, and every person needs to be cared for, validated, and supported throughout whatever they are facing in their lives. Her preference is to focus on the LGBTQIA+ population, adolescents, and veterans, mainly because she does not think there is enough allies or counselors that prefer these populations, and the need is great.

She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia and am currently residing in East Texas providing online counseling services. She is a mother of two, ages 21 and 14. Her goal is to provide a genuine therapeutic relationship with each of her clients and help make them feel heard and respected, regardless of issue or struggle they are facing; that will enable them to make positive changes in their lives.
